They can initially adopt 20 business people, and over the next four weeks up to 50, who will be able to run their small businesses from their premises temporarily until the CBD becomes available again.
There is even a new bus route (Route 46) that goes directly to the city for those needing or opting to use public transport.
The offices are being furnished by Framecraft, with equipment and licenses from Apple, Microsoft, and Adobe, and the offices will have excellent IT support and high speed broadband.
